律师执业人身权是律师一切权利的基础。律师执业人身权保障问题对于司法实践具有十分重要的意义。本文就我国律师执业环境的现状、律师执业人身权得不到保障的原因进行剖析。提出从立法上赋予律师拒绝作证权、刑事辩护豁免权，强化律协维权渠道，提高社会公众的法律意识和人文意识等方面来加强律师执业人身权保障。  相似文献

This article was first drafted after I worked for 14 weeks last year in a school that was piloting the National Literacy Strategy at Key Stage 3. I now work in another school delivering the full published Strategy to Year 7. In this article, I explore the contradictions inherent in the Strategy in attempting to develop the English and literacy skills of Key Stage 3 pupils. Ultimately, my argument is that the educational benefits of this teaching to objectives is at odds with some of the deeper aims of the Strategy and of English teaching, and that the constant assessment involved puts too much pressure on our youngsters at an age when they should be concentrating on social development as people.  相似文献

The role of personal best (PB) and dichotomous achievement goals in students’ academic motivation and engagement: a longitudinal investigation

This study assessed the role of prior personal best goals in predicting subsequent academic motivation and engagement. A total of 1160 high school students participated in a longitudinal survey study exploring the extent to which personal best and mastery and performance (dichotomous) achievement goals predict students’ academic motivation and engagement across the course of a full academic year. Findings showed that personal best goals predicted higher motivation and engagement a year later. Along with personal best goals, mastery goals also predicted higher motivation and engagement, while the role of performance goals was either neutral or negative. These findings provide support for the contention that personal best goals are associated with higher motivation and engagement across time.  相似文献

霍小玉不是妓女,而是被封建贵族遗弃的贵族,是正逐步融入市民阶层的城市贵族;霍小玉的悲剧与社会与时代固然有关系,而直接和主要的责任还是在于李益个人,其所以负心,主要是缘于软弱和自私。小说的主题是在男女情感的视域下,探讨什么是"丈夫(男人)"和怎样去做"丈夫(男人)"的问题,旨在教谕文人士子们:女子本性柔弱、痴情而善良,为女子所倾心的文人才士务须珍视她们的爱,对她们的爱负责任,随意作践和伤害她们和她们的爱,到头来不仅害人也会害己。《霍小玉传》的思想价值,一是揭露了封建文人轻视和践踏妇女的罪恶,反映了封建时代一部分进步文人的自我反省和自我批判精神;二是揭示了"礼"与"情"的矛盾冲突,反映了礼教害人的残酷现实;三是揭示了市民阶层对现实社会的一定超越,反映了唐代市民思想解放的程度;四是揭示了封建社会对事实婚姻的漠视,反映了"始乱终弃"悲剧不断上演的社会根源。  相似文献
